We are still working hard to provide our valued customers with the services they require. The following adjustments have been made and we will continue to keep this list updated:
- All Courtesy vehicles have been grounded and shuttle service suspended at Knight locations
- Technicians are using fresh gloves and sanitizing any vehicle touch points
- We are asking to use touchless payment methods to limit cash transactions as much as possible
- Customers can utilize our night time drop box when brining their vehicle in for their service appointment if they wish
- Dealership surfaces are being disinfected on a regular basis including in between customer transactions
- Cashback and payment deferral programs are available
- Appointments are encouraged so that we can prepare for your arrival at the store for sales, service or parts.
- Sales and finance are providing additional information and services via phone, email or text or video to help minimize your time at the store.
- Customers who have recently travelled or are experiencing any symptoms of a cough, cold, flu etc are asked to stay home and do not visit at this time
